White Light Nortwest Baltimore County (Millers)
I live in a rural area of northwest Baltimore County near the PA line.
At approximately 2315 hours I was on my front porch with a friend, and saw an extremely fast moving white light in the northwest sky in front of my home (away from me). Its light dimmed and suddenly stopped. After about two minutes, it glowed brightly like a beacon, (still suspended) and dimmed out again. This was witnessed by my friend.
Then it proceeded with half its glow to move towards the opposite direction of the sky (moving east towards me). Finally, it moved back towards the northwest sky, with very minimal light, extremely fast speed and disappeared. This is not the first time that this has occurred but this is the first time I am reporting it only because it was witnessed.
