I observed May 14, 2013 at 20:15hrs, 1 white cigar shaped object 20ft or more in length flying at low altitude (no jet stream) at constant rate of speed in northern direction over Parkersburg,Wood County, West Virginia. What struck me as odd was it had no wings, visible markings or lights. This was observed by three people
