Flourescent red non flashing object hovering over Norwalk
Husband and I had just returned from dinner. As we arrived home and walk out of our vehicle I noticed a fluorescent non flashing red object in the sky. The object was flying eastward very slowing almost hovering for a couple of minutes and it was silent. Then it proceeded to fly northward as it changed to a grayish white color before it disappeared.
