4/29/13 Im located in Largo, Md. I am a building Engineer last night around 10:40 I was called in due to my Parking lot lights had lost power and the generator was running. I observed from the rooftop of my building something? motionless for about 3 min. over my parking lot before it began to descend downward it was a blinding green Orb for lack of better word. at its highest point about 80ft. off the ground it was a glowing a bright green and at its lowest point which was about tree top high it began to flash multiple colors then disappeared " I've never been crazy but after seeing what I saw last night and not being able to rationalize it I feel some kind of way "very unsettling"
