A bright orange circular object was hovering over timber in rural area. Witness saw it hovering for about 30 seconds then object took off at a high rate of speed horizontally and disappeared. Object emitted no sound, and there is rarely air traffic in area. Same witness saw a similar object last year around same date and time.
