Hovering Bright White Lights in the Skies of Bartlett, NH

We noticed a very strange set of bright White lights following our car home. It was so bright much brighter than the stars that were out. It was moving way slower than a plane and no sound was noted.
When we reached our house we looked out at our huge back yard to see about 9 groups of these lights hovering in and out of the cloud covers. Some where like bum bells with out a pole doing the same motions up and down side to side. It was odd. Several would get brighter and they disappear and in seconds return.
A plane passed by and these orbs did not seem to have any forward movement of travel. We saw one hover in and out of our tree line with a scan of 3 white lights going around it.
We called other people over to take a look and they were puzzled as well thinking UFO? They disappeared a few at a time leaving 2 to dance in the sky over an hour this went on. I took a video on my ipod touch however it did not come out great but you can see the dancing pattern of this thing. Last night I noticed one was back. I live very close to the mountains and have heard rumor that a lot of activity takes place in Bartlett.
