Observed 3 orange orb like shapes moving north to south in direction just east of downtown Chicago. Altitude less then 5k feet. Orbs appeared to be moving in a deliberate fashion and seemed to be in a loose formation initially then one broke off and the other two headed due south out of view at a more rapid speed.
The remaining ord appeared to slow considerably and then was lost in the heavy cloud cover. Light insensity of the orbs remained constant throughout viewing.
