Captured image from government owned, fixed base volcano observation camera - Costa Rica
This is a website with a camera mounted on a volcano just a couple of miles from where I live. I look at the updated images often, but had never seen anything like this. It may just be a reflection, given the location of the sun, maybe you can tell.
