Light Formation near Bellevue street Northeast/Bright red and Orange lights.
Saw A formation of Bright Red/Orange lights. At first it was in the shape of the Big Dipper (but sideways) I began filming. A couple minutes later, they slowly started ascending upwards into space. Flickering slowly. Then they eventually created a Small Triangular shape. One light was slowly hovering near another one as if to "encourage" it to move. It floated around the other light until they all slowly ascended upwards and disappeared. At the time I was facing North /Northeast. I was located near the entrance of Greene isle park and was looking towards Bellevue street. (lights looked as if they were over The WIXX Midwest communication building) NO SURROUNDING AIRCRAFTS (despite being right by a helicopter pad) ABSOLUTELY NO SOUND
