Strange, slow-moving object over Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel
While driving on I-64 East, approaching the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel, I noticed what looked like a ring of lights in the sky.
I thought it must have been a really high road lamp, but as I got closer it looked like the lights were arranged in pterodactyl-configuration.
It was moving incredibly slow, if at all.
