small red and blue dot working its way across the sky in slow circles
small red and blue flashing dot. south of oakdale, pa. worked its way about 5 inches of sky from east to west, doing small circles about a half an inch in diameter very slowly. Saw it from my front porch while having a smoke, stopped watching it after 10 minutes, seemed to be continuing on it's course.
