Saw a deep red ball that appeared to have flaring flames surrounding it about 1/8th the size of the small star like ball moving at airplane speed from the south or from the keys and moving north. I saw no trail and it seemed to be almost in slow motion. My camara phone being new gave me difficulty to get going. I did finally get one picture off after it passed my house over head.
Then it suddenly disappeared after crossing about 75 percent of the sky. The picture appears only as a almost white singular dot. Camara apparently not so good. I thought of all possibilities, eg sattlelite, astroid, meteor, space ship, etc.but nothing seems to fit as again there was no fire trail.
As there was no fire trail when something enters our atmosphere and moving so slowly.t I am a licensed pilot and a mental health director and definitely not goofy!
If you have any information as to what this might have been I would appreciate your feed bsck. Whatever this was it y an incr! edible sight. Picture upon request. ((name deleted))
