Looked up into west sky and saw a formation of 8-10 lights flying low, slow and not exactly in formation. Gone over hilltop. Appearing to be close together but not regular. Just odd.
Used to seeing Oregon air guard doing maneuvers, does not look like that. Red lights seen.
