It streaked low in the sky right above the horizon like a falling star moved just as fast. I saw it streaked downward at a slight angle it moved so fast I thought it was a meteor burning out and that OMG that sucker was gonna hit the ground then it was gone in the blink of a eye and it was bright and I mean BRIGHT. It moved so fast faster then anything iv ever seen. I don't know what it was maybe a green meteor? Was not a flare because it was so fast much faster then free-fall speed and much brighter. It was bright.
