Orange silent fireball
Bright orange fireball moving steadily and silently from east to west over Sandwich. It then slowed to a stop and began to ascend at a 45 degree angle to the south. Ran in to get a video camera, and while the camera was starting up it slowly dimmed and vanished before we could capture it on film. It made no sound. Helicopter seen shortly afterwards in the area.
