2012-10-29 - Silver Lake, OR - Other

unknown plane/craft in Oregon

I recently observed this plane near Silver Lake, OR on Oct 29, 2012 about 11:30 am.

I didn't have any video equipment at the time, so only my memory of the event remains. What I first heard sounded similar to this

but after half a minute or so it came to sound more like an airplane engine, and then the craft flew overhead. The speed seemed similar to jets I've seen in the sky, and the altitude I would say was around 15-20,000 feet. It was much lower than a commercial craft, but still fairly high to my eye, and the elevation of the ground where I was lay around 4,000 feet above sea level. I'd never seen anything like it, and I was alone at the time in a remote area, with the nearest person many miles away. Naturally I was perplexed and a little frightened, but the day went on, and then today I found these two videos.
