White teardrop light came out of nowhere and disappeared right over LAKE AVE.
I was driving North on Lake Avenue (before Stone road) and a white, teardrop light appeared from the East side and curved downward. It got brighter and bigger as it moved then disappeared right above where a traffic light would hang.
