Noticed light in the N.E. section of the sky about 30 degrees up that did not move. About the size of Venus....and it did not blink. It disappeared after 4 minutes.
This same sighting also happened on 10-25-12 but in the S.E. part of the sky...30 degrees up and under the Moon a ways. It also disappeared.
