A cloaked disk hovered three hundred feet above two apartment buildings in the Bronx, for aproximately thirty minutes.
Miss X was waitng at the bus stop to pick me up. when she saw me get off the Bus Bx#21, she tapped me on the shoulder and said,' "my Nickname," look at that!' I did look up and observed an orbiting light hovering over the srteet. It seemed to be North of my buiding about 300' up. we saw two lights on the bottom rotating concentrically. The inner light was faster than the outer; in would lap the outer one (catch up to it). Each light orbited at its own steady rate of speed. We heard some one across the stree behind us exclaim, " Oh ((deleted)) expletetive)! as he realized what we (all)were seeing was real. He'd seen it but thought it was a trick of the light and clouds.
