Flickering color changing lights in SE Phoenix sky
Witnessed strange 'star' in southeastern sky after 2AM. While most stars can have a glimmer effect, this was about 1/3 up in the sky from the horizon and was quite visibly changing or flickering with red, green and pale blue. The red was quite noticeable and the colors rotated in uniformity. Me and my mom watched it for 20 minutes. It was in the sky most of the evening. If it was a star it was the most unusual one I've seen in 30 years of watching the skies.
