We saw bright lights moving around in the sky going from bright to dull and then disapearing up in the sky.
While sitting and enjoying the moon coming up over Esquilmalt Lagoon I looked westward and saw at first what i saw was stars, but a couple of them were orange. Told my friend to look and he says, "Holy shit what the hell are those?" They were moving....and there were 3 lights 2 white one orange/red...and they were in a horizontal line..then another white one just above the three and another one above and a bit to the left of the middle on.......the lights all seemed to move and dance around...getting bright then dull and slowly went up into the sky, and moved around and then disapeared.......then a few minutes later the same thing happened this time most of the lights were red/orange. They did the same thing...moving around sporatically, going bright then dull....then slowly they went up and disapeared. It sure freaked us out!
