Four orange globes moving slowly and changing positions
On the evening of September 28, 2012 at 21:15 hours I was sitting in my bus at a red light on Addison St. waiting to make a left hand turn onto Lake Shore Drive. I looked across Lake Shore Drive I spotted an elderly man staring up into the sky. I looked up and saw 4 orange globes - three making a “v” shape and the fourth about an arms length in front of the point on the V. I questioned out loud “What the hell is that?” They were moving extremely slowly over Lake Shore Drive moving westbound so they were directly in front of my bus. As I watched one of the three globes move in line and one stayed to my left making the appearance something resembling a whaling harpoon.
I continued watching as the globes began to close in on each other. First one blinked out, then a second. As I moved the bus around the corner heading north on LSD I noticed the third blinked out. I had pulled out my cell phone to snap a picture of the globes then realized a passenger was still on the bus with me. As my employer does not approve of cells phones on the job and many passengers will report this I tucked it away into my pocket.
As I moved the bus down the street about a block I asked the man whether or not he had seen four glowing orange globes and he immediately said “Yes! What was that?” I told him I was pretty sure I knew and he said “That was a ufo! I live in upper state New York and have seen many lights in the sky but nothing that close!” I told him I believed there were 4 ufos as they moved independently of each other in different directions. There was no sound. Just 4 beautiful orange globes.
When I let him off a block later and turned the bus around to go south on LSD back to Addison West I saw a young Oriental girl staring up into the sky watching the last of the orange globes which promptly disappeared before my eyes.
