I was outside my house saying goodbye to my in laws on 9/26/12 at 8 pm as we saw a rectangular shape in the sky blue lights on top ans bottom and red lights were in the middle. I could see circle as in the UFO had many lights as is was hovering over head and suddenly flew off then to a dead stop. It then went straight down over what i would say was the river.
