Sitting in our living room watching the boats go by when we noticed these strange orange orbs in the sky.
These orange orbs appeared quite high in the sky, moving more slowly than an airplane. We live near an airport and see the planes on a regular basis. They came, one after another from the north west. We tried to get photos and by the time we got the camera, all but one was still in our view. It did not appear on our camera. They seemed to just flicker and dim and then disappear before our eyes. Have checked the local news and no information forthcoming at this time. There seemed to be a Low, humming sound during our viewing. The four of us observing are all professionals with various college degrees living in an affluent neighborhood of coastal San Diego.
