Large chrome cylinder shaped object with black dots spinning with two flaps hanging from the bottom.
On the morning of 09/11/2012 around 11 am, I and I'm sure many others oberserved what seem to be a large object sitting in the sky, hovering very low. This object made no sound, it was shiny with black spots spinning around the object like it was ready to take off. It had two flap like tails hanging from bottom of the this object. Then after 20 mins it slowly lifted straight up into sky after being in one spot for 20 mins and disappeard.
