Blue and green lights moving over washoe lake
On my way southbound on 395 @ approx. 5:35 am light seen over washoe lake area. I did not not stop nut noticed two other vehicles in the northbound lane pulled over and were out of vehicles. Very similar to incident reported on 9/11/2011, except lights were more angular than semi circular in my recollection.
