VERY BRIGHT SOLID BALL OF LIGHT IN SKY - MOVING SLOWLY - NO SOUND - NO BLINKING LIGHTS - SOMETIMES MOVING ERRATICALLY
Walking in the country with my wife. I look up to see what appears to be a very bright, star-like object - not as high as a celestial object and much lower than a high flying plane. I asked my wife if she sees the thing moving. She said yes. We watch it together to see if it is a plane passing by. It is moving slowly and has no blinking lights. The whole object was bright, not just the front as if it had headlights. The object is moving slowly from the South East to North East. As it moves, it makes erratic jumps to the left and right of its flight pattern - wavering in and out of its flight path. No blinking lights. I continue to watch as it moves on heading towards the horizon, still as evenly bright as when we were closest to it. When it is almost over the tree tops in the distance, it turns red. Not a blinking red - solid red - and then disappears. This was viewed on a clear evening.
