one bright orange object, no flashing lights whatsoever - solid light. traveling very quickly below cloud cover in the rain. Under the cloud cover due to rain, not a high altitude object, moved very quickly with no flashing lights, traveled out of view over tree line in a very rural area. conditions are rain with heavy cloud cover
