Object with color changing lights in one small area but moving erratically.
There is a light that seems to be hovering over the community college across from my house in Ontario Oregon. It moves like a bug stuck in a jar, it has been in one spot for almost 30 minutes and the light changes from yellowish white to green to orange red. I have never seen anything so crazy in my life.
