bright red and green lights se of toledo ohio

we where traveling south on i 75 south out of toledo ohio. when the passenger in my truck said did you see those red and green lights in a circle . and i reply you mean those cell towers at that time they where obscured by trees close to the highway about that time we passed the woods and i saw several green and red very bright lights to the east. there where 2 lights at aprox 4 to 5000 k feet one red and one green then below aprox 12 to 14 alternating red and green lights forming a large circle below desending to ground then rising to the two at the top we stop to video the event but neither of our cell phones would work these lights were very clear and bright. the traffic was heavy so we had to keep moving if any one seen these lights and can explain them please post what that they where thanks.....
