Giant red circle, shrinks into the sky.
i looked up and saw a giant red circle it flashed white once quickly and started shrinking into a smaller circle and went up into the sky i could still see it flashing red and white it continued to get a bit bigger and then went back into a smaller circle. i watched it for like twenty minutes and then left.
