object appeared to be pulsating and vibrating the lights on the bottom were strobe like and very bright it made no sound .
small craft with no sound glowing bluish green strobing orange and purple lights on bottom part of craft dogs started howling in the area feeling apprehensive tried to get a better view of craft it was about 200 ft above the ground heading in a southeast direction slowly climbing in altitude had to be at least fifty feet in diameter my son and I were about 70 yards away from it there was a strange smell in the air like burning metal it continued southeast until it went out of sight.
