Satellite looking object, thought star at first then satellite due to similar distance and rate of travel across night sky.
Sudden intensity of objects brightness resulted in first witness is complete focus and attention to object. Repeated luminosity variation from brightest stat in night sky to complete invisibility resulted in 2nd winess being called to view object.
Changes were then observed in its trajectory untill lost behind clouds visible due to city lights.
