Small disc flies through tree branches without a sound.
It was early morning twilight and I was walking from my trailer up to the main house. A small object came from my left and appeared to be a large white moth as it was diving toward the left side of my head.
I quickly tilted my head to the right, to avoid its path, and as it flew passed my head, it turned into a bright disc about the size of a disc that is used in a track meet, about 6 inches across.
It passed my head and picked up speed to maybe 200 miles an hour and as it flew through the tops of the alder trees, it turned vertically to avoid hitting the leaves and branches.
It was gone and out of sight in less than five seconds.
