Missing time - I can't account for how I got from my truck into a neighborhood 30 minutes away.

I'd like to report missing time. It happened 10 years ago but I didn't know what it was when it happened. I'll keep it short I was driving my friend home on a lone country road late at night (I'd say 10pm-12am) in Southern Az next to the Mexican border. I usually drive into the neighborhood and drive him right up to his house but this time I parked outside the neighborhood on the lone country road. I remember him getting out of the truck and walking across the park to his house. Single cab Dodge ram. Nobody on the road and fields all around.

Next thing I know I'm walking in the middle of his neighborhood disoriented and scared out of my mind. Visibily shaken, I remember Calling out to a car that drove by. I was walking and had nothing in my pockets and I was 25 minutes walk at least from my truck. Crying the entire walk back to where I HOPED my truck was. I remember being scared the most.. I had no idea how I got there! I got back to my truck and the door was open, truck still on I think. Lights in cab were on, I'm not sure about headlights. I pushed it out of my mind and tried to chalk it up to..... Idk.... I honest to God have never had that happen before or since. I remember it so clear because of the fear. How did I not remember getting out of my truck and walking there, for no obvious reason! I was almost to the point of knocking on doors and asking for help. Thank you.
