Streaking white lights appearing and falling downward, then travelling across at low altitude

At the quiet point of the early morning just before the dawning sun while it was still dark out, two objects were bouncing around the north star from our perspective. They had appeared in that location and would reappear in different spots around that vicinity for about thirty seconds. All of the streaking motion was in the vertical axis travelling downward and left shimmering white tails behind them. There seemed to be an initial moment of rapid activity from when they appeared and were performing some type of quantum like relocation behaviour to different spots and then making the downward streaking motions releasing light or energy. At this point it was too rapid to pinpoint them as craft or energy and we could not make a count of them. After this initial period was over, there were two craft that could be seen as steady objects moving side by side across the valley and over the mountain. They primarily gave off a sequenced white flashing light as they moved along. It was bright white just like the streaking, but much more softer and not shimmery. A small red light could be seen on the objects at the low points of the flashing. They moved slowly at a moderate altitude and gave off no sound at all as it was very silent out also.

After they disappeared over the mountain ridge to the south, we were discussing how incredible it was too see such an object and it's initial performance, and a third one appeared in the same spot in the quantum bouncing and vertical downward streaking motions and immediately travelled at a lower altitude than the first two with a path directly overtop of us and our fire with the same flashing light and a moderate flying speed. Due to the lower altitude of this craft and it being directly above us, I was able to see a blueish green soft hued glow in a disc shape as it was directly above us. This craft passed over and continued in a straight line towards the mountain ridge where the first two had gone.

About 10 to 15 minutes after those craft left our area, on the opposing ridge of the mountain they had disappeared behind, I saw a green streaking meteorite enter the atmosphere along the ridge and then crash on the other side of the ridge. I was tempted to ride over to see what it was but it was still not sunrise yet, and didn't know the trails in the area well enough alone. We stayed by the fire for a bit after the meteor to see if there was any other activity. There was a point of some noise from birds awakening in the morning, and one moment where I thought I heard some strange noises coming from across the river in that direction, but they seemed more cerebral than aural. There was a brief moment after that when we both felt watched and were too nervous to leave the fire even for a tent twenty feet away. Things seemed to calm themselves from there and we both retired before the full sunrise started.
