IT WAS MIDNIGHT, AND MY NEIGHBOR WENT OUTSIDE TO PUT HIS DOGS IN THE KENNEL, AND OBSERVED A BLACK TRIANULAR SHAPED CRAFT, BELIEVED TO BE A TR-3B ANTI-CRAVITY CRAFT. AN EXCELLENT PHOTO WAS TAKEN.
