Several reddish lights in the evening sky
As viewed from Eden Prairie, MN, we observed approximately 8 to 12 reddish, round, lights in the clear evening sky. The lights seemed to rise vertically from the horizon in the NW sky and then drift slowly higher to approximately 45% and further away.
They looked almost like lighted balloons being carried up and away by slight wind currents.
It was hard to say how far away they were but probably several miles NW of Eden Prairie. We watched these lights for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
