2012-04-21 - colorado springs, CO - Light

Bright blinking Light, and a strange jet. also, a helicopter following another intense light.

I noticed a bright light directly above the Cheyenne canyon area just north of NORAD. This light was moving up and down left and right, and every five minutes or so it would dim out almost completely before starting to shine vibrantly again. after watching it for about an hour just south of NORAD another one flew across the sky, it flew smoothly but was very large and a helicopter was following behind it about four hundred yards. It flew directly over my house, coming from fort Carson and heading north. Twenty minutes later an aircraft which looked like a very very large jet (at least the size of five F-16's) flew over my house from the south west area, it was nearly silent until it was directly over my head and it sounded like a jet but very muffled, the aircraft was very low, I could see its wings and it had two blue non-flashing lights on its wingtips and an orange glow near the fuselage section. The bright white light that was hovering stayed lit for! about another half an hour then slowly dimmed away. now there are three helicopters circling the area and a friend of mine nearly ten miles away was seeing the same thing. I saw the same light last night and it was moving but not flashing its lights and going dim. I worked on f-16's in the Air Force, whatever jet flew over my house was like the holy grail, nearly silent and large.
