long cigar shaped object with hanging object under it floating along above the freeway
looked like a cigar shaped object with what appeared to be a reflective curtian like object hanging from under it. i was traveling westbound and it didnt seem very high up.
it seemed like it would drift to its side ( or turn) and would look very narrow but would then drift back facing me and very reflective looking. the sun was behind me and lit it up very well. i had to get to work so i got back in car and continued on intill i saw other people pulled over so i did as well near cdf by casa de fruita and it was drifting twards us (west) and appeared at the same altitude. again i had to get so i travled to work( in hollister) and could no longer see it. i would explain it as a long dark object with a shower curtian connected to it
