3 Circular Lights Seen in Sacramento
We were driving on Folsom Blvd. stopped at traffic light. I noticed the lights and it was odd but I ignored it until we forwarded and saw them in a better view. Three circle lights were hovering. Two smaller than one. Then two dissolved. 30 secs later the bigger one disappeared. Positive - it was an odd looking circular light and hovering.
