Reddish orbs over Frisco, NC
My girlfriend and I were camping at Frisco campground on April 9, 2012. Before we went to bed (around 930 PM) we were doing some stargazing like usual. Looking east over the ocean, we noticed reddish/orange lights hovering in the distance. The orbs would slide from left to right, blink, and then appear again in a slightly different spot, never making any sort of sound. This lasted for 10-15 seconds each time we saw them. Over the course of the two hours we were stargazing, we saw this happen four times. We frequent Frisco Campground throughout the summer months and have never seen this happen before and have no explanation for what these lights could be. We will definitely be looking for them from now on.
