A ball of fire that stoped and hovered befor blinking out.
I'm making this report for the men who say this as they don't speak good English. On the night of the 20th Casar standing at the back of the restaurant that he works for. A light in the sky caught his eye. He first thought it was a falling star as it fell towards the ground untill it stoped in mid-flight. It hovered for about five min. or so moving some to the right and the left and then blinking out. He yelled for the other workers to come look at it several of them used there camera/ phone to take pictures and video of it. I have copies of the video and pictures.
