There were two lights that were white and blue moving abnormally fast near the Sierra Madre Mountains in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, MX
My son and I were departing from Puerto Vallarta on the Carnival Spirit cruise ship on March 20, 2012. We went out on our balcony on the port side of the ship when we saw two white lights, parallel from each other, traveling abnormally fast from one side to the next of the city. When one faded, the next one lit up, then the other one fades, then they both are shining. There was fog and clouds in the city. Both lights then disappeared into the Sierra Madre mountains in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. The light was white with a tinge of blue, and they were moderately bright.
