several red lights with no sound ascending to the sky in Alaska
I was out walking my dog by Jewel Lake and a truck pulled up in the parking lot and asked me if I had seen the lights. I hadn't been paying attention, but when I looked - we all (two other people besides myself) saw several red lights that were coming from the ground going to the sky. Did not see them leave the ground because we were approximately 5 miles away and the tree's were blocking the ground. Looked like it could have been coming from the old Airforce Base off of Raspberry Road. First, three came up and went to the sky then four, then one, then two (not in that order) probably 12 - 20 in all. I don't know - but, there's probably some sort of rational explaination. I would not say that I believe in extraterrestial UFO's nor would I say I don't believe, there's just no proof. So, right now - I just saw some unidentified flying objects. I'm just curious if anyone else in Anchorage saw the lights and can say what they were.
