bright circular unidentified object moving very fast
me and my friend decided to have a walk around our local water reserve and as the park is designed there are hill that surround the water. me and my friend decided to go to the top of them and look at the view which overlooks our city as we talked for a while we decided to look at the stars only to notice a bright moving circular shape in the sky which at first could have been fooled for a star because of the the shape, color and distance. We watched the object move from our left to right from our westward viewpoint at a very rapid speed, it then made a 90 degree clockwise turn around a star and then headed downwards before turning back On itself and seemingly slowing down before fading away. the object seemed to be very high up and made no sound whatsoever in the time of witnessing the object i didn't flash and stayed a very solid bright light and looked nothing like id have ever seen before.
