It was 6:45am (stars/moon still out), walking my dog. As I stepped onto sidewalk, I looked up in a south/easterly direction, high in the sky. I saw a very bright red flashing object (flashing about every second) and moving very slowly. It was much larger the a star. I watched this red object for 10 minutes (by my watch), it made a large circle in the nigh sky....after 1o minutes it was heading south, it just vanished.
