Spherical stationary object with flashing green and red lights
Located in the Southwest sky approx. 30° from horizon. Spherical blue-white stationary object exhibited intermittent flashing green and red lights. Object moved only very slightly and was observed for over an hour. Object was viewed with 50x Bushnel binoculars.
