Formation of lights.
Observed two green lights being circled by a smaller blue light. The green lights were flying 'side-by-side', seperated by a gap of perhaps 60ft-80ft. The smaller blue light would complete a full circle of these lights every 5-6 seconds. The 'formation' was flying at an altidute of between 1,500ft-2,500ft at a speed of 130mph, I would imagine. It was a rather foggy night, so I lost sight of these lights after about half a minute.
