Low flying triangle over Valley Road in Rydal, PA.
A low flying black triangular or V shaped craft emerged over the tree line at the intersection of Susquehanna and Rydal Roads moving eastward over the retirement facility. It continued over the intersection following Valley Road heading towards Philmont Avenue in Meadowbrook. The craft was about 50-75 feet in length and had two small yellow/white lights on the forward corner and two larger lights, one on each of the two rear corners. It did not exhibit any strobes, blinking or colored, lights. It appeared to be traveling at about 15 mph less than 100 feet above the tree line.
